Mee Kolo or Kolok Mee is a Malaysian dish of dry noodles tossed in a savoury meat and shallot mixture, topped off with fragrant fried onions originating from the state of Sarawak. Mee kolo is a Sarawakian favourite, and is served any time of the day for breakfast, lunch, or supper.
